Spheres or balls are taken from a larger piece of crystal and then shaped and polished. It’s smooth exterior will allow for clear communication and energies to flow freely. Being completely symmetrical, enables for higher vibrations, so can be used in many situations.

They emit energy in all directions equally, think of them as a good all rounder!

Some like to hold them for healing purposes, they are amazing stress relievers.

When used for meditation you will find you drop deeper into a meditative state.

In addition, they can be tools for massage; roll over tight muscles or areas of tension.
