Can I collect directly from you? Yes you can. Please get in touch if you’re local to (Ipswich) Suffolk.

Do you ship internationally? We only ship within the UK at present. However, that’s not a firm no! We are happy to provide a quote for delivery to your location, for certain items, so please do get in touch with us thesentienttree@outlook.com

Do you offer free delivery? Delivery is free within the IP1 area. You will need to select the ‘pick up’ or ‘cash on delivery’ options at the checkout. I will then get in touch by email or text and provide a date & time. Delivery day is Wednesday.

If you’re within IP2-IP6 Claydon, delivery is free on orders over £20. Again, you will need to select the pick up/collect option at the checkout.

We also send free delivery codes and offers via our email subscription.

Something I want is out of stock, what can I do? Items showing as out of stock, mean they will be replenished as soon as possible. You are welcome to contact us and ask when it’s likely to be restocked or if you require a high quantity of that item.

Are your products cruelty free? We are a vegan family, so all of our products are vegan friendly, which includes cruelty free.

Are your products ethical/fair trade? We use carefully selected suppliers who care about their products, where they are obtained from, how they were made and by whom. Despite being a very small business, I have a strict moral & ethical compass on these issues.

Are your crystals real? Yes! All the crystals are genuine.
I do sell manmade stones, such as opalite, cherry quartz, goldstone, blue goldstone, green goldstone and luminous; however, this is stated on their listings. 
I also have synthetic malachite for educational purposes only, which I show on my stall at times to make aware of real v’s fake.

Will I get a perfect crystal? What is a perfect crystal? Minerals and stones are all natural. They may have markings and lines on them which is completely normal. Some see these as imperfections, others, as a sign of their unique beauty. We are all different and drawn to different types & colours for example. Unless there is an obvious chip or break, which I always declare, your item may well arrive with these ‘perfect imperfections’.

Do you hand make items? Yes, some of the items, such as jewellery are handmade. If you’d like anything made to order, just let me know.

Do you help charities? Absolutely! Giving back is one of reasons I run this venture. Product donations are regularly given to small charities/animal sanctuaries for their auctions/raffles, items are purchased from their wish lists or a money donation is made.

What type of packaging is used? The majority of materials used to pack your goods are reused and recycled, this means it may not be pretty. This helps the environment and to keep shipping costs low. Most of the bubble wrap and cellophanes are also biodegradable. 

If you’re buying a gift or gift set and want it sent directly to your recipient, please do let us know and we can wrap it accordingly for you, so it will look pretty!

Can I return my item? We only really accept returns if the clothing is the wrong size. You will need to return your item within 14 days, with the labels still intact and unsoiled. 

Do you issue gift vouchers? Yes, we have a range of gift vouchers around the site that we can send or email directly to you or your recipient.

How do I get a gift set made up? If you’ve seen items you’d like made into a gift set, that isn’t showing on our site, please contact us at thesentienttree@outlook.com with what you’d like and quantities.

Do you have a shop I can visit? At this current time we do not have a shop. We do however, attend many events and trade at local markets. We always post on our social media pages about these. I can also be found at Stowmarket town market Thursdays & Saturdays. As I can’t bring all of my stock, you’re welcome to order online or request items & collect/view them from the stall.

I’ve sent you a message, when will you reply? I endeavour to answer all emails & social media messages as soon as I see them. I generally do not reply to those sent after 7pm as I have a busy family life outside of work too.
