Shipping takes place within 48 hours of purchase, sometimes sooner. If you need your item sent before this, please let us know and we will endeavour to accommodate you.
Items are sent tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number as soon as possible.
In the event of any concerns, please contact us at your earliest convenience to email@example.com. We will do our upmost to rectify any issue.
If we do not have the item in stock to exchange, we can issue you with either a full refund, gift voucher or can place your order on hold until stocks are replenished.
We are also unable to process any cancellations on our website.
