Shipping takes place within 48 hours of purchase, sometimes sooner. If you need your item sent before this, please let us know and we will endeavour to accommodate you.

Items are sent tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number as soon as possible.

To keep costs low, recycled packing is used as much as possible. If your gift is being sent direct to a recipient, let us know so we can send it suitability wrapped.

In the event of an overcharge of postage, you be refunded through your original payment method.
